the late 50's, in Valencia, selling comics adventure is dominated by Maga publishers and Valencia, but in 1958 comes a small publishing house created by cartoonist José Luis Macías , printer Laguarda and his partner Llorens. This is the editorial I . Although only released a few collections, is interested in working on it some authors that I refer in this and future entries.

Contrary to common among our artists, basically self-taught, meet this editorial about a group of authors from Fine Arts ( himself and Macías González Alacreu ) along with others, also clear trend of academic ( Frejo Emilio, Luis Coch , Costa or Navarro Sanchis Alfredo Cortes ).

Art Studium dissolved in 1980 and almost all employees are passed to the painting, but with some curious foray into the comic, as is the case of Emilio Frejo , who signed for the publisher of Japanese manga Sogakukan , collaboration lasting several years.
