Today was the big day. At 12 we gather to protest against software patents in Gijon Viesques campus in the faculty of computer science. We all know it's hard to move a group of people but knowing how is the yard to the computer it is assumed that someone from the faculty of Informatics if you could stop by the event.
The result confirmed the worst expectations. It was a beautiful day but nothing came of the call or the dew. Only 15 or 20 people had to spend well over there and make a little ridiculous against the people who were dedicated to casually sunbathing on the grass.
It's funny how the profession may suffer a major crisis because of a motion unfair and that people get exactly the same. Honestly I thought people just move in their own interest but I see that even for that. Anyway ... that something is very wrong.
Note that the call no teacher was kind enough to leave their jobs for a while and spend. In summary ... despeocupación.
